What OpenTech Taxi is
OpenTech Taxi connects riders with taxi drivers. It works as an open marketplace: your own fleet, independent drivers and other taxi companies can work side by side, each with its own rules and reports.
How it works
The rider requests
Sets the pickup point on the map and sends the request.
A driver accepts
A nearby driver gets the offer in the app and accepts it.
The trip is tracked
The rider and the company follow the trip on the map.
Payment and rating
The fare is paid in cash. Then both sides rate each other.

When a driver or rider sends an SOS, the panel shows an alarm with sound.
Staff with roles
Owner, supervisor, dispatcher and operator, each with limited access.
After you register, our team reviews the request. The panel opens as soon as your company is approved.
PricingHow the business works
Cash payment
The rider pays the driver directly. The platform does not take card payments.
Commission from a prepaid balance
The platform commission is deducted from a prepaid balance of the company or driver. Rates are set per company.
Safety and privacy
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) between the apps and the server
- The driver's location is used only while online or on a trip, with a visible notification
- Each company sees only its own data
- Users can delete their account
